The Center of Energy Audit (CEA) was founded within the cooperation between Norwegian company ENSI® - Energy Saving International and Technical University of Moldova (UTM).

 

The Center of Energy Audit is established on the premises of the department of Heat/Gas Supply and Ventilation and is located in the building of the Faculty of Urbanism and Architecture of the TUM. The staff of the Center consists of high-qualified specialists and university professors.

 

The leader of the Center is Dr.Ing Constantine Tuleanu.
